These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of this website and any related services provided by Goddess Thicc Fit (“we,” “us,” “our”). By accessing or using the website, you agree to these Terms. Source

Goddess Thicc Fit provides virtual fitness coaching and mindset coaching (“Body & Mind Coaching”), including sessions, programs, and events.

3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where you live) to use our services.

4. Communications (Email + SMS Reminders)

Email
By providing your email address, you agree we may email you about your inquiry, sessions, events, scheduling, and other service-related messages. Marketing emails (if you opt in) can be unsubscribed from at any time.

SMS/Text reminders only
By providing your phone number, you agree that we may send you text messages for appointment and event reminders only, including time-sensitive schedule changes.

Opt-out: Reply STOP to unsubscribe from texts at any time.
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
Carriers are not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages.
Messages may be sent via ClickSend and/or manually by us.

Consent to receive reminder texts is not a condition of purchase.

5. Virtual Sessions (Google Meet / Zoom) & Scheduling (Google Calendar)
You may meet with us virtually using Google Meet and/or Zoom, and scheduling/invitations may be handled through Google Calendar. These are third-party services and your use of them is subject to their own terms and privacy policies. You are responsible for maintaining your own account settings, privacy controls, and device security when using these services.

6. Payments (If Applicable)
If you purchase services, payment may be processed via PayPal and/or Venmo, and you agree to their applicable terms and policies.

7. Health & Fitness Disclaimer
Fitness involves inherent risks. You are responsible for consulting a physician or qualified healthcare provider before starting any fitness program, especially if you have a medical condition, injury, pregnancy/postpartum considerations, or other health concerns. You assume all risks associated with participation to the fullest extent permitted by law.

8. No Medical or Mental Health Advice
We provide coaching and educational guidance and do not provide medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, or mental health therapy. Nothing on this website is a substitute for professional care.

9. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the website, including attempting unauthorized access, distributing malware, interfering with site operation, or violating laws or third-party rights.

10. Intellectual Property
Website content and materials are owned by Goddess Thicc Fit (or licensors) and protected by applicable laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without permission unless permitted by law.

11. Third-Party Services
We may integrate with or link to third-party platforms (including Squarespace, MailerLite, ClickSend, Eventbrite, PayPal, Venmo, Meta, Google Calendar, Google Meet, and Zoom). We are not responsible for third-party services, websites, or policies.

The website and services are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law.

13. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Goddess Thicc Fit will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. If liability cannot be excluded, our total liability will be limited to the amount you paid us in the prior 12 months (or $100 if you paid nothing), to the extent permitted by law.

14. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to the website if we reasonably believe you violated these Terms or if necessary to protect the website and users.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
