Agreement to Terms
These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of this website, our digital courses, memberships, and any related services provided by Goddess Thicc Fit LLC (“we,” “us,” “our”). By accessing our website or purchasing our services, programs, or digital content, you agree to these Terms.Services & Digital Products
Goddess Thicc Fit LLC provides virtual fitness coaching, mindset coaching (“Body & Mind Coaching”), events, online courses, community spaces, and digital memberships. Our courses, digital content, and subscription access are hosted and managed through our third-party marketplace partner, Whop.Eligibility & Account Responsibilities
You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where you live) to use our services or purchase digital products. To access our courses or community, you may be required to create an account on Whop. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.Communications (Email + SMS Reminders)
Email: By providing your email address, you agree we may email you about your inquiry, sessions, events, scheduling, and other service-related messages. Marketing emails (if you opt in) can be unsubscribed from at any time.
SMS/Text reminders only: By providing your phone number, you agree that we may send you text messages for appointment and event reminders only, including time-sensitive schedule changes.
Opt-out: Reply STOP to unsubscribe from texts at any time.
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
Carriers are not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages.
Messages may be sent via ClickSend and/or manually by Goddess Thicc Fit LLC.
Consent to receive reminder texts is not a condition of purchase.
Virtual Sessions & Scheduling
You may meet with us virtually using Google Meet and/or Zoom. Scheduling and calendar invitations may be handled through Google Calendar. These are third-party services, and your use of them is subject to their own terms and privacy policies. You are responsible for maintaining your own account settings and device security when using these services.Payments, Subscriptions, & Refund Policies
If you purchase services, online courses, or digital memberships, payments are processed via Whop, PayPal, and/or Venmo. You agree to abide by their applicable terms, conditions, and payment processing policies. All digital course purchases, download sales, and subscription renewals are final and non-refundable unless explicitly stated otherwise at the time of purchase. You are responsible for managing, updating, or canceling any recurring subscriptions directly through your Whop user dashboard.Health & Fitness Disclaimer
Fitness involves inherent risks. You are responsible for consulting a physician or qualified healthcare provider before starting any fitness program or following any physical training advice inside our courses, especially if you have a medical condition, injury, pregnancy/postpartum considerations, or other health concerns. You assume all risks associated with your participation to the fullest extent permitted by law.No Medical or Mental Health Advice
We provide coaching, educational programs, and motivational guidance. We do not provide medical advice, diagnosis, medical treatment, or mental health therapy. Nothing on our website or within our hosted courses on Whop is a substitute for professional healthcare or psychological care.Acceptable Use & Community Guidelines
You agree not to misuse our website, community forums, or course platforms. Prohibited behavior includes attempting unauthorized access, distributing malware, copying content, or harassing other members within our course communities. We reserve the right to revoke your platform access immediately without a refund if you violate these rules.Intellectual Property & Course Licensing
All website content, course curriculums, videos, design elements, workbooks, text, and materials are the exclusive property of Goddess Thicc Fit LLC (or our licensors) and are protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws. When you purchase a course or membership, you are granted a single, non-transferable, revocable license for personal, non-commercial use only. You may not share your login details, distribute course materials, copy, reproduce, or resell any part of our digital products without our express written permission.Third-Party Services
We integrate with or link to third-party platforms (including Squarespace, Whop, MailerLite, ClickSend, Eventbrite, PayPal, Venmo, Meta, Google Calendar, Google Meet, and Zoom). We do not control, own, or assume responsibility for the operational behavior, uptime, or legal policies of these third-party platforms.Disclaimers

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Goddess Thicc Fit LLC, its members, managers, employees, and agents will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of our website, fitness coaching, or digital courses. If liability cannot be excluded, our total liability will be limited to the amount you paid us in the prior 12 months (or $100 if you paid nothing), to the extent permitted by law.Termination
